Ginny House is an IELTS training powerhouse in Thai Nguyen, Vietnam. Going through its 6th year in business, the academy felt the need to rebrand its digital presence to better reflect the company's spirit and earn trust. I was responsible for strategizing and rebuilding Ginny House's entire website - including home page, info pages and courses' sales page.

Communicating the academy's spirit.

Open. Curious. Full of life. That's the spirit that the in-house team of Ginny House holds, reflected on their infamous training style. To help bringing this energy to the home page, I felt the need to highlight imageries and videos that show how a class in Ginny House really looks like, and let the smiling faces speak for itself.

Establishing brand guidelines.

There was one major problem with Ginny House's old website: It had no consistency throughout the website and no hierarchy to indicate where the audience should look. To allow for consistency across the experience and for future implementations, I put together the official visual rules and guidelines for the brand.

Optimizing for conversions.

Ginny House's students are mostly secondary or high school students, but the decision-makers are parents. So while the sales pages must communicate the high spirit of the academy, they must also cut to the chase and answer skeptical parents' concerns: Why should I pick this academy for my children? What are the prices? Any financial aid? Will I be able to keep track of my children's progress? etc.
